Scientific Versatile Picosecond Laser
The GE-100 employs SESAM® technology and an all-solid-state design to deliver exceptional reliability and stability. A SESAM device and the “gain-at-the-end” (GE) design enables passive mode-locking to generate picosecond pulses that are two times shorter than those from actively mode-locked lasers. Diode pumping enables the GE-100 laser system to deliver unparalleled reliability and long-term stability.
The GE-100 picosecond laser system offers a wide range of customer-defined repetition rates and gain materials. Additional customized options include high output power, second harmonic generation, pulse selection, increased pulse width, fiber coupling, and clock synchronization with a phase-locked-loop feedback system. The GE-100 laser system uses standard wall-outlet voltage and needs no water cooling for easier installation and lower operating costs.
