The H13 Series pump module employs Lumentum’s disruptive 980 nm distributed feedback (DFB) laser chip, which integrates a high-power 980 nm laser and grating into a single high reliability laser die. It provides a noise-free, narrowband spectrum, even under variations in temperature, drive current, and optical feedback.
