With its extremely small size and high power-density, the M51-100 is well-suited for short- to long-range LiDAR solutions. Automotive-qualified, this versatile product can easily upgrade existing mechanical LiDAR solutions, or be configured into customized illumination sources for addressable, solid-state electronic scanning LiDAR.
