Our 980 nm pump lasers for EDFAs offer operating power levels from 100 mW to 950 mW. The M27 and M29 pump lasers are semicooled at 45ºC and packaged in a small, low-profile 10-pin form factor (mini-butterfly). The M31 pump laser is cooled at 25ºC and packaged in a small, low-profile 10-pin form factor. The modules meet stringent telecommunications industry requirements, including Telcordia GR-468-CORE for hermetic 980 nm pump modules.
