These products include both directly modulated (DML) and externally modulated (EML) lasers, supporting a wide range of single-mode fiber (SMF) applications that require high performance and extended reach.
These devices cover a range of data rates from 10G to 25G with NRZ data modulation to as high as 100G with PAM4 data modulation. The devices include lasers for both cooled and uncooled operation and for hermetic and non-hermetic applications.
